We proudly stand behind the quality of our repairs. All repairs are warranted against defect(s) in materials and workmanship for 120 days from the date of invoice.
All repairs are performed according to manufacturers specifications. Our technicians are required to maintain their technical skills above the current industry standards.
What the warranty does not cover:
Equipment not repaired by Life Systems.
Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or abuse to systems which were repaired by Life Systems.
Wear and tear.
We want you to feel comfortable sending your equipment to our facility. Therefore, your endoscopy equipment is protected by a $10,000,000 comprehensive product and general liability policy. Your investment is 100% protected while in our care. A copy of our liability policy can be obtained upon request.
